The machine certainly sounds impressive, with technical power that dwarfs the PS4 Pro and the promise of updated experiences that everyone can benefit from. It's quite obvious that you would most probably go for the cheaper PlayStation 4 Pro option, as would many other's out there.

It also has more memory.

Microsoft's latest console in the Xbox One lineup.

It seems nearly as if the company is intent on relying on third-party support in the form of major, multiplatform games, something that has worked out really well for Sony over the past couple of years. Unfortunately, due to the "resolutiongate" scandal, gamers were put off by the console. The site specialized in technology news has said that the response from Microsoft has led them to recalibrate their numbers, resulting in vastly different results in some aspects of the study. Visually, these games were designed specifically for the Xbox One X and will look incredible in 4K - but you'll still be able to play them on Xbox One and Xbox One S. Also, many of these "exclusives" will be available on Windows or PS4 Pro later on. There's significantly less RAM, less memory bandwidth, and less powerful silicon in a rather bulky box - the tables have turned against Sony. The Xbox One X pages are available at major retailers. Loving a brand and being dissatisfied with their current offering is a powerful motivator to upgrade. The Xbox One X has specs and features that no other home console can match, from true 4K graphics to the most advanced processor to ever appear inside of a console. We know the console will support VR at some point in 2018, so why not mention it at the show? This should've been their approach to begin with. It's pricey, costing $499, but for the premium gamer this is going to be a console that absolutely delivers the best of the best when it comes to graphics. Microsoft can focus on first-party games in 2018. The simple fact is that, aside from a few titles, every game found on the Xbox One X can be found on the PlayStation 4.
