Most of the conference semifinals series of the 2017 NBA Playoffs have been grossly one-sided, but not the series between the No. 1 Boston Celtics and the No. 4 Washington Wizards in the Eastern Conference.
"They were very physical", Thomas told reporters after the game.
The Wizards had six steals in the quarter (Otto Porter, Markieff Morris and Wall had two each) and every time one of the Celtics guards would attempt to get in the lane to make a play or a basket, the Wizards hands and arms were on the ball starting a fast break in the other direction.
"I think they were locked into him the whole game", Boston Coach Brad Stevens said. His two free throws gave Washington its largest lead at 86-60.
In Game 4, the Wizards trailed early before an absolute masterpiece of a third quarter changed everything - a 26-0 run was the primary catalyst that time. I'm not saying that was the right thing to do. They went on a 26-0 run and we can't have that on the road. "The refs were allowing them to hold and grab and do all those things". Thomas, who had some dental work adjusted at halftime, scored seven points at the free throw line. I just gotta play my game and do what I do to help my teammates be successful.
According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Washington is favored in today's game, as the Wizards are getting odds of -4.5 points against the Celtics.

Cleveland Cavaliers guard Kyrie Irving (2) is fouled by Toronto Raptors guard DeMar DeRozan (10) as Raptors guard Cory Joseph (6) reaches in during the second half of Game 4 of a second-round NBA basketball playoff series in Toronto, Sunday, May 7, 2017.
Washington dominated Game 3 by maintaining a healthy margin established following a 39-17 first quarter.
Bradley Beal led the Wizards with 29 points, while John Wall added 27 points and 12 assists. Judging by Wall's smiles and Porter's howls, the Wizards had too much fun in outscoring Boston 42-20in the third quarter.
"I'm just going to keep fighting", Thomas said.
Now, the Boston Celtics have a lot to worry about as they head back to the TD Garden.
However, it's hard to ignore what the Wizards have done in Games 3 and 4.
The Wizards have no issue holding their ground or fighting for more, as they've shown nine games into the playoffs.
Wall's all-star rival, Thomas, was effectively shut down.
According to Celtics stat guru Dick Lipe (as relayed by CSNNE's Abby Chin), the 73 second-half points allowed were the most but the Celtics in a playoff game since May 24, 1987 and are the fourth most in franchise history. That stretch put a damper on Boston's strong start, as it played from behind for the rest of the second half and fell 121-102. Memphis coach David Fizdale was fined $30,000 for criticizing the officials with his memorable "Take that for data" rant during a first-round series against San Antonio, while Houston owner Leslie Alexander was hit with a $100,000 fine for confronting a referee during a first-round game against Oklahoma City.
